You will have a dedicated project manager who will be your point of contact throughout the project. In addition to supervising the contractor, the manager will provide a detailed progress report, bi-weekly, on the renovation or commercial construction for your review. This ensures consistent communication and seamless project management from start to finish.

8. COMMENCE

Our team takes charge of the day-to-day operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. We oversee every aspect of the construction process to ensure timely and successful completion.

9. COMMISSION

Before handing over the completed project, we conduct a thorough assessment to ensure everything meets our high standards. We address any final details and ensure that the space is ready for you to enjoy.
